One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Delivery Lead/Delivery Director.
Location - Hybrid - West Midlands/Warwickshire/Remote - approx. 1 day per week in the office.

Experience:
- Senior Management / Director / Head of / level experience - Delivery Director / Development Delivery Director / Software Delivery Director / Delivery Lead level
- Leading Software development teams ensuring delivery of outcomes to time, cost and quality
- Leading and coaching development teams in their transition to a full Service ownership model
- Managing key stakeholders within the organisation ensuring alignment to planned outcomes
- Manage multiple migrations to Cloud from On-Prem
- Budgeting and cost management of teams
- Creating and maintaining a robust risk and controls regime
- Experienced delivering large scale and complex software programmes / system integrations / migrations within financial services
- Experience of managing multiple high level and value work streams
- Software Development / SDLC Onboarding / offboarding of technology Team management / people management / leadership
- Budgeting and Cost Management Risk and Controls
- Financial Services sector experience (General Insurance / GI or Life & Pensions or Banking)
