One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Delivery Lead / Manager. Location – Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote (approx. 1 day per week in the office, 4 days remote)
12-month initial contract
£700 – 1,000 per day Inside IR35 Experience:
· Leadership of multiple software development / software engineering teams
· Embedding change / able to drive a change agenda / ways of working
· Leading and coaching development teams whilst transitioning to a full Service product model
· Transitioning teams from service to more product led focus - transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design
· Leading Agile / SAFe PI Planning xehkeey (Programme Increment Planning) and backlog management
· Pipeline Automation
DevSec Ops, CI/CD and automation and platform engineering Desirable - Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential.
