Senior Software Delivery Lead / Senior Manager / Director / Head of / Leadership of Software Delivery Teams / Product Models / Pipeline Automation / PI Planning / Agile / Software Engineering / SDLC / Hybrid - Warwickshire / Remote / £700 – 1,000 per day Inside IR35.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Software Delivery Lead / Manager.

Location – Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote (approx. 1 day per week in the office, 4 days remote).

6-month initial contract, £700 – 1,000 per day Inside IR35.

Experience:

• Leadership of software development / software engineering teams
• Leading and coaching of development teams
• Worked on large organisational transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design
• Pipeline automation
• Leading PI Planning and backlog management across multiple development teams (Programme Increment Planning)
• Delivery leadership across onshore / offshore models

Sector – flexible on industry sector. Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential.
