On of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Service Transition Director / Service Transition Director / Head of IT Service Management, Design and Transition – this is a senior management / leadership role.

Location – Hybrid, 1 day per week in Warwickshire

Duration – 6 months +

Day Rate – £800 – 1,300 per day Inside IR35

Experience:

• Experience working at a Director of Service Management / Service Transition Director / Head of Service, Design & Transition / Senior Management or Director level
• Strong service transition and service design
• Creating new models / governance models / structures
• Developing and implementing service management strategies
• Building out new and developing existing teams
• Experience of working for large and complex clients – either from the regulated sector such as Financial Services / Utilities etc or from a Consultancy background
• Experience in large scale multi-vendor environments
• ITIL
