Contract: Temporary, approximately 3 months
Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm

About the Role
This is a highly administrative, detail-focused role supporting a major systems implementation project. You will be responsible for checking and validating information that has been transferred from an existing system into a new system, ensuring that all data has been transferred accurately and in line with agreed procedures.
You do not need previous experience to be successful in this role. The key requirements are excellent attention to detail, strong administration skills and the ability to follow detailed processes accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing administrative approvals accurately.
- Maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
- Working with controlled and important documentation.
- Escalating queries or discrepancies where information does not match.
- Ensuring all required checks have been completed before approving information.
- Working efficiently through a high volume of administrative tasks.
- Comparing information between two computer systems to ensure data has transferred correctly.
- Checking large volumes of information against clearly defined guidelines and procedures.
- Identifying discrepancies, missing information or errors.
- Following detailed step-by-step checking procedures.
- Following company procedures and project guidelines at all times.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative activities associated with the project.

Training & Support
Full guidance will be provided.
You will receive detailed written procedures, screenshots and step-by-step instructions explaining exactly what needs to be checked and where information can be found.
You will also receive guidance on common errors and key areas to look out for.
The role is designed so that you can become confident working independently after your initial training, with support available should you have any queries.
Important Information
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
Please note, this position is fully office-based and candidates must be able to commit to the required working hours for the duration of the assignment.
