  • This role sits at the heart of a small but dynamic Digital Systems Team, working across a variety of digital initiatives - from eCommerce and content management to system improvements and cross-functional projects.
  • It's ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating across teams, and translating business needs into practical digital solutions.

What You 'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the bridge between business teams and digital platforms, translating needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Supporting digital transformation projects from discovery through to implementation.
  • Working across digital content, systems, and product data to optimise processes and enhance digital journeys.
  • Analysing existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Producing clear documentation, user stories, and wireframes as needed.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Supporting content creation and CMS updates where needed, with a focus on user experience.

About You:

  • 3-5 years' experience in digital business analysis or similar roles
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - able to engage technical and non-technical teams alike
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace
  • Passionate about digital technology, eCommerce, and modern platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced with CMS/data tools
  • Confident writing and editing copy for digital platforms
  • Collaborative mind set, with a strong work ethic and team spirit

Desirable Skills:

  • Recognised Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications
  • Experience with Jira, Trello or other project/task management tools
  • Knowledge of CMS systems and digital commerce platforms
  • An eye for good UX/UI and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
  • Understanding of data reporting, systems analysis, and digital KPIs
  • Exposure to social media or marketing environments
