What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and refine digital and eCommerce needs, transforming them into clear, actionable tasks.
• Mapping user and customer journeys, detailing system interactions and ensuring seamless experiences.
• Creating detailed functional specifications and user stories that effectively guide development teams.
• Serving as the primary liaison between business teams and external software partners, keeping projects aligned and on schedule.
• Managing digital projects from concept through to delivery, supporting the Head of Project Management and stepping into leadership responsibilities when needed.
• Driving innovation by helping shape systems that meet both current and future digital and eCommerce requirements.
• Simplifying complex technical requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders, technical and non-technical, are aligned and informed.

What we're looking for you to bring:

• Professional experience in digital systems analysis, project management, or delivering digital transformation projects, if its within eCommerce that would be a plus.
• A strong understanding of digital platforms, eCommerce technologies, and user experience.
• Ability to write user stories and functional specifications that are clear and actionable for development teams.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or CMS systems is a plus.
