Epicor ERP System Specialist Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Location: On-site, 4 days a week Northampton

As the Epicor ERP System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the Epicor ERP system, ensuring that it supports the organisation's operational and business needs. Working closely with senior management, you'll identify opportunities for process improvements and lead projects aimed at enhancing system performance, customisation, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Epicor System Management: Oversee and optimise the day-to-day functionality of the Epicor ERP system, ensuring maximum performance and smooth user experience.
- Expertise & Process Improvement: Act as the go-to subject matter expert for Epicor, working with stakeholders to refine processes and develop new workflows that drive business efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple ERP/Epicor projects from business case through to deployment, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption to the business.
- Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with Epicor consultants and support teams to address system issues, identify customisation opportunities, and resolve technical challenges.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding and effective use of the Epicor system.
- System Administration & Upgrades: Manage future customisations, upgrades, and enhancements to the Epicor ERP system in partnership with the IT department.
What You'll Bring:
- Epicor Expertise: You have a strong background in Epicor ERP, with in-depth knowledge of its features, functionality, and integrations. Previous experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst is essential.
- Technical Proficiency: You're proficient in SSRS, REST API, SQL, KPIs, development, customisation, dashboards, and ERP upgrades. Experience with BPM/BAQ is highly desirable.
- Business Process Understanding: Your experience spans key ERP business processes like MRP, BoM, MoM, production, finance, warehousing, logistics, and procurement.
- Collaborative & Stakeholder Management: You excel in project management, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of website integrations, CRM systems, SharePoint, and Power BI will give you an edge. Additionally, familiarity with other IT systems will be a plus.
- Communication & Training: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a talent for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
