Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their friendly and professional team based in Evesham. What You'll Do:

  • Provide essential IT support, managing service requests, incidents, and problems via Jira-based ITSM.
  • Set up new equipment for incoming employees, including printers, laptops, and configuring necessary systems and software.
  • Manage user onboarding, including setting up accounts, configuring access, and issuing passwords to ensure smooth integration into the company systems.
  • Deploy new systems/services on secure infrastructure, working with tools like Ansible and Chocolatey.
  • Maintain and upgrade systems, performing proactive monitoring to identify potential issues before they arise.
  • Work on exciting projects that make a real difference.
  • Assist with ISO 27001 compliance, security, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless running of IT infrastructure and systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, routing protocols, VPN, firewall, and WAN technologies.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA would be beneficial.
