People Experience Manager
Macildowie are working with this client based in Nottingham to recurit a Senior People Experience Manage r to join their team on a permanent basis, working on some fantastic transformation projects after some investment in the People team and strategy and is an opportunity to make a huge impact! £65,000 -£70,000 per annum - Permanent - Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in office We are partnered with a pioneering business who are the go-to choice for customers in their sector. The success of the business can be traced back to its people - passionate, collaborative and committed, and recognised by clients as a key differentiator.The Opportunity As Senior People Experience Manager, you will shape and elevate the employee journey from onboarding to alumni. This role combines strategic impact with hands-on delivery to foster a high-performing, inclusive and engaging culture.
You will lead holistic employee experience programmes, influence engagement strategy, and champion initiatives that support wellbeing, inclusion and ESG engagement across a globally distributed team.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employee experience strategy across the full life-cycle.
- Design and implement best-in-class onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and translate insights into action.
- Partner with People function stakeholders to operationalise programmes and measure impact.
- Drive DEIB strategy and ensure inclusivity is embedded across culture and process.
- Build and lead the ESG agenda with focus on employee involvement.
- Oversee internal communications, working with Marketing for consistent tone and impact.
- Deliver workplace experiences that bring company culture to life across virtual, hybrid and physical settings.
- Support internal communications rhythm, events, celebrations and recognition activities.
Who You Are You are a strategic culture catalyst with a passion for human-centred workplace experience. You will translate strategy into tangible people-centred action, coach leaders, anticipate workforce needs and foster belonging in a fast-paced, tech environment.Competencies & Requirements
- Proven experience building and driving People Experience programmes in fast-moving technology businesses.
- Demonstrable success in delivering large-scale engagement and culture initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Strong expertise across the employee life-cycle, change management and experience measurement.
- Excellent facilitation, public speaking and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort interpreting key workforce analytics.
Reporting & LocationLocation: Nottingham with hybrid attendance (minimum 2 days per week on site required)
