  • Are you a seasoned digital professional with a passion for optimising systems, shaping user journeys, and leading digital change? A highly respected client is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst to drive the evolution of their digital platforms, tools, and processes.
  • In this role, you'll be a key player in the delivery of strategic digital projects - working across teams to identify, define, and deliver system and process improvements that enhance performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your work, influence digital direction, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement within a fast-moving, digitally focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery, analysis, and design phases of digital transformation projects
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, helping shape digital capability and roadmap development
  • Define and document business requirements, processes, user stories, and functional specs
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in digital tools, workflows, and eCommerce experiences
  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across project phases
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing to deliver seamless digital solutions
  • Support system adoption through stakeholder training, documentation, and post-implementation reviews

You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in a digital business analysis or digital transformation role
  • A track record of delivering complex digital projects or systems implementations
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of digital platform performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Confidence working with data, content, and customer-facing systems (eCommerce/CMS)
  • Ability to lead workshops, write clear documentation, and translate ideas into scalable digital requirements
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-led sectors
  • Familiarity with web analytics, user testing, and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of UX principles and CMS design best practices
  • Exposure to digital content and marketing processes
  • Relevant certifications (BA, Agile, PRINCE2, Product Owner etc.)
