- This is an opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to play a key role within a large-scale digital transformation programme.
- Working across a complex technology environment, you’ll sit at the point where business requirements meet technical delivery. You’ll be responsible for turning complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and specifications, working closely with architects, technical specialists, developers and programme stakeholders to support successful delivery.
- This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, asking the right questions and making sure requirements are properly understood, documented and delivered.
About the role:
- You’ll take ownership of requirements across multiple workstreams, producing detailed business, functional and technical requirements, specifications, process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand existing systems, processes and data flows, identify dependencies and constraints, and support the development of effective solutions.
- A key part of the role will be facilitating workshops and requirements sessions, challenging constructively where needed and ensuring complex information is clearly understood by different audiences.
- You’ll also contribute to programme governance and quality, maintaining traceability between requirements, solution design, testing and delivery outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll have significant experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Digital Analyst or similar within a complex technology environment or large-scale programme.
- You’ll be confident producing detailed requirements and technical specifications and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to documentation and detail.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
- The ability to understand complex systems, processes and technical requirements
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach and the confidence to challenge constructively
- Experience or understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, cyber security or systems integration would be advantageous.
