1st Line IT Support Engineer. £21k + Benefits Package. 3 Days a Week Onsite. Blackheath, London.

* This is a Permanent role - you only have to work 3 Days a Week with a salary of £21k - you can also choose which days you work - this role would suite someone who requires flexibility.

Leading Independent School (fee charging) educational provider is seeking to secure a 1st Line IT Support Engineer. Will consider applicants with less than 1 year’s experience.
  
Technical Skills - Experience Required:

• 1st Line IT Support Engineer.
• Office 365, Windows 10/11 - support experience.
• Support of End User Devices - iPhone, iPads & Android etc.
• Hardware & Software support - installation & deployment.
• IP Telephone support.
• Antivirus & Anti-Spam support.
• Network Printer support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational skills
• Proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn
