IT Systems Administrator

They operate internationally and are headquartered in central London.The Role This role supports the Head of IT and external service providers to maintain and enhance IT systems and user support.- Manage helpdesk tickets and provide VIP support- Administer devices and endpoints via Microsoft Intune- Maintain hybrid infrastructure (on-prem/cloud)- Support compliance and documentation- Contribute to IT projects and business continuity planning Main Duties You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting users across the business.- Provide in-person and remote IT support- Deploy and manage devices and applications- Maintain infrastructure and perform patch management- Assist with compliance and change control processes- Document systems and manage IT assets The Successful Candidate- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365- Familiarity with ITIL processes and SOP documentation- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GAMP 5, or FDA 21 CFR Part 11- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Comfortable working in a fully office-based role What's on offer?- Competitive salary and benefits package- Central London location, easily accessible via public transport- Opportunity to work in a collaborative and mission-driven environment- Exposure to international operations and regulated industry standards- Career development through varied IT projects and compliance work Our Commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion We believe that diverse teams drive innovation and success.
