This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and work closely with an experienced General Counsel.The Role As Paralegal, you’ll provide first-line legal support across the business, helping manage contracts, draft agreements, and respond to internal legal queries. You’ll be trusted to take initiative and manage your own workflow, with guidance from the General Counsel.Main Duties
  • Prepare and negotiate NDAs, Deeds of Assignment, and Evaluation Agreements
  • Maintain and monitor the Contracts Database and contract lifecycle
  • Support onboarding of contractor services and internal legal training
  • Manage DocuSign processes and legal templates
  • Assist with general legal queries and administrative tasks
The Successful Candidate
  • Has experience in a legal environment (practice or industry)
  • Is confident preparing contracts and managing legal documentation
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Is tech-savvy and familiar with MS Office and DocuSign
  • Works well independently and enjoys being part of a collaborative team
