Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President, Business Development, you will be the firm’s senior commercial lead for a new market build. You will be responsible for developing relationships with private equity and venture capital investors and positioning the firm as a trusted partner on investment decisions.

A scaling tech due diligence provider, who have an extensive track record of partnering with private equity firms, supporting them with value creation and transactions globally.

The Role

  • Originate, develop, and close new engagements with PE firms and their portfolio companies
  • Build and own long-term relationships with senior professionals at PE and VC firms
  • Drive opportunity creation through direct outreach, referrals, events, and personal network activity

The Successful Candidate

  • Established connections within private equity or venture capital
  • Demonstrated success originating opportunities and winning high‐value, relationship‐driven engagements with senior stakeholders
  • Confident operating at a strategic level in discussions around technology
  • A drive to build and own a whole new market
