HCM PROJECT MANAGER (ITRENT IMPLEMENTATION) Shepherd's Bush, West London (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week) £60,000 - £65,000 + 11% Employer Pension 10-Month Fixed-Term ContractAre you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of deliveringHR and Payroll system implementations We're seeking an HCM Project Manager to lead a major transformation programmeinvolving the implementation of Midland HR's iTrent platform and the migrationto a new payroll provider. This is a high-profile project that will play a keyrole in modernising critical HR, payroll, and people systems.THE OPPORTUNITYYou will lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex HCM and Payrolltransformation programme, working closely with HR, IT, senior stakeholders,external suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful implementation andadoption.The programme includes:* Implementation of Midland HR's iTrent HCM platform* Integration with business-critical systems including Microsoft Entra andBromcom* Migration to a new payroll provider* Management of multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and third-party vendorsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Lead the day-to-day management of the project* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and governancedocumentation* Manage stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, Operations, and externalsuppliers* Facilitate workshops, project boards, steering committees, and working groups* Track project finances and manage change requests* Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed, and escalated appropriately* Drive successful delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed qualitystandardsABOUT YOUWe're looking for someone who can demonstrate:* Proven experience delivering HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or HR transformation projects* Experience managing complex system implementations, migrations, andintegrations* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills* Experience working with third-party vendors and suppliers* Excellent project governance and reporting experience* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing prioritiesESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS* Proven experience leading successful iTrent implementation and/or migrationprojects (iTrent experience is essential)* Strong understanding of HR and Payroll systems and associated businessprocesses* Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship* Ability to commute to Shepherd's Bush, West London, and attend the office 2-3days per weekDESIRABLE EXPERIENCE* Public sector industry experience * PRINCE2 Practitioner certification* Programme Management qualifications* Knowledge of data protection and compliance best practicesWHAT'S ON OFFER?* Salary of £60,000 - £65,000* 11% employer pension contribution* Hybrid working model* Opportunity to lead a major business-critical transformation programme* Collaborative and purpose-driven environmentIf you're an experienced Project Manager with proven iTrent implementationexpertise and are looking for your next challenge, we'd like to hear from you .
