Talent Acquisition Coordinator 3

Our client, a growing fintech company, is looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their fast-paced, high-growth business. If you've worked in high-volume recruitment, agency resourcing, hospitality, retail or logistics, you'll thrive in this role. Working as part of a small Talent Acquisition team, you'll support recruitment across multiple sales and commercial roles, owning the coordination process from application through to offer stage.

What you'll do - Screen CVs and manage multiple recruitment pipelines Conduct first-stage telephone interviews Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.

Coordinate interviews and assessment centres Keep the ATS accurate and up to date

Support offer management and onboarding

Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What you'll bring - Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment or coordination role

This role is based in West London and requires someone onsite 5 days a week.
