Sales Account Manager

The business has been delivering technology solutions for over 25 years, with long-standing relationships across customers, partners and vendors including Dell, Citrix and Microsoft.

The Role
- Take ownership of your own portfolio of clients and develop long-term relationships that drive growth
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business pipeline
- Work closely with customers to understand their business and technology requirements
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from identification to close
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Gain exposure to leading technology vendors and build deep product knowledge over time
The Person
- Around 1–2 years experience in a sales support, inside sales, account management or customer-facing sales role
- Ambitious and driven with a genuine desire to build a career in technology sales
- Strong communicator who can build rapport and trust with clients quickly
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn — attitude matters more than experience here
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- A genuine interest in technology
