At Maince, we believe decision intelligence is the key to smarter infrastructure management. We have introduced Maince Works, a new category of AI applications that can transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling modern, predictive maintenance of highways infrastructure.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Account Director to accelerate our go-to-market and expand Maince’s presence across the UK. As the face of the company in the region, you will take ownership of market development, identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities.

Your main goal is to drive sustainable business growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and partners, while positioning Maince as the leading AI partner for data-driven highways management. You will report to our Sales Director.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a UK growth strategy focused both on commercial success and collaboration with partners.
  • You will represent Maince in the industry and at events in line with our corporate messaging.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Develop your sales funnel to ensure predictable forecasting.
  • Work closely with partners while elevating and growing the partner ecosystem.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements and skills

  • Senior-level experience and demonstrated success experience as a business development manager, sales executive or equivalent.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or complex software sales cycles.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Native level proficiency in English - additional languages are a plus.
  • An existing, relevant network is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the UK infrastructure market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Outstanding time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or equivalent experience in sales or relevant field.

Location

In your role you will target the UK market. The majority of the work is done remotely. We therefore expect a high level of ownership and self-starting ability.
