We’re currently supporting a globally recognised technology business in hiring an Interim Employment Counsel to join its EMEA Employment Legal team. The client is a a leading global technology platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at scale in a fast-paced, international environment, advising on complex cross-border employment matters .

The Role:

Act as a trusted legal advisor to HR and business stakeholders across EMEA, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day employment issues .

Key responsibiliti es:

  • Advising on the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, mobility, investigations, terminations, disputs)
  • Supporting cross-border employment matters across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
  • Partnering with HR to develop policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
  • Supporting business growth through pragmatic, risk-based legal advice
  • Collaborating with global legal teams on strategic initiatives
  • Delivering internal training on employment law topics

About you:

  • UK-qualified solicitor with 5 – 10+ years’PQE
  • Strong employment law experience (private practice and/or in-house)
  • Proven experience advising across multiple jurisdictions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, adaptable and solutions-focused

  • London (3–4 days in office, flexible)
