Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer (FinTech) – London (Hybrid)

We are working with a high-growth fintech business looking to bring on a junior commercial lawyer (1–3 PQE) to support its fast-scaling legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a product-led, technology-driven environment, working closely with commercial, product, and sales teams on a broad range of day-to-day contracting matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including:
• SaaS agreements
• Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Supplier and outsourcing contracts
• NDAs and standard terms
• Supporting the business on client-facing and vendor negotiations
• Advising on risk, liability provisions, and commercial positioning
• Assisting with the development and improvement of template agreements and playbooks
• Working cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and product teams in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

• 2–5 PQE (or equivalent), trained at a recognised law firm or with relevant in-house experience
• Strong grounding in commercial contracts, ideally with exposure to SaaS/MSA frameworks
• Experience working with or advising technology or fintech businesses preferred
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work directly with non-legal teams
