Senior Lawyer - Regulatory Investigations - Big Tech Giant - Hybrid - £200k+

Our client is one of the established global "Big Tech" giants, who rely on MLA Interim Legal Talent for their high-end legal consultants all over the world.

For an initial six month consultancy period, we require a senior lawyer to help the client manage business critical regulatory investigations and litigation related to content, consumer protection, child safety and AI.

The consultant will advise on key pieces of legislation including (but not limited to) the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act and AI Act.

The position would suit an experienced litigator or regulatory lawyer with existing in-house experience. A strong candidate would ideally have some experience in a company with a similar profile - but those coming from law firms with experience of these regulations are encouraged to apply. The proposed start date is in February so we cannot accommodate a long notice period. The position will pay an excellent pro-rata salary for the duration of the engagement, and any extensions.
