Ecommerce Manager
Job Title: Lead Shopify & CRO Specialist @ Global Ecommerce Brand
Location: London – Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus
A fast-growing UK consumer platform is looking for a Lead Shopify & CRO Specialist to own and scale their Shopify store to multi-million-pound revenue.
The business has a strong online presence across multiple international markets, and following recent PE investment, they’re scaling rapidly. The next step is bringing a senior, hands-on Shopify and CRO expert into the team who can manage the end-to-end Shopify experience, optimise conversion, and align paid media, content, and platform strategy to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Shopify platform across development, apps, capabilities, CRO, and data management
- Run insight-led CRO programmes to improve conversion, AOV, and overall customer experience
- Align on-site strategy with paid media, content, and platform initiatives
- Collaborate with Digital, CRM, Brand, Ecom, and Performance teams to deliver joined-up growth
- Make data-driven recommendations and deliver testing plans that directly impact revenue
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience owning and scaling Shopify stores, ideally to multi-million-pound revenue
- Strong track record in conversion rate optimisation
- Knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads, TikTok Shop, etc.) and how on-site optimisation drives profitability
- Commercial mindset with performance KPI ownership
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and leading end-to-end projects
- Data-driven, with experience in analytics platforms (GA4, Clarity, or BI tools like Looker/Power BI)
