Job Title: Bulk Planner (Junior )
Location: Eye - Suffolk
Days of work: Monday - Friday 07.30 - 16.00

Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 DOE ( this is a Junior lever role )

Major Recruitment are pleased to be working with one of the county's biggest Bulk herb suppliers.

We are looking for a Bulk Planner, this is a junior role and would be good for someone relatively new into planning as all training will be provided.

Accountabilities:

• On-time completion of production schedules.
• Order processing and scheduling efficiency.
• Accuracy of production schedule updates and delivery dates in Sage.
• Customer satisfaction through timely delivery and communication.
• Responsible for Updating Dry Bulk and Wet Bulk Production Plans using data from Mimo.
• Manage and update the Production Plan Schedule to reflect outstanding orders and priorities.
• Review the production schedule regularly to ensure alignment with current production needs.
• Process new orders through Sage, ensuring accuracy in entry and timely inclusion in the production schedule.
• Update the promised delivery dates in Sage based on production capacity and customer requirements.
• Ensure appropriate raw materials are allocated on Sage to improve pick accuracy and efficiency

Key Attributes

• Strong IT skills knowledge including advanced Excel skills and Sage 200.
• Excellent analytical skills, and detail orientated.
• Strong communications skills regularly interacting with all Managers and Directors across Operations and customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple production schedules and inventory checks simultaneously.
