Successfully achieved Investors in People award for the last 20+ years and continue to invest in self-development for all internal teams.My clients operates the software development arm of the business from a Chesterfield location. As part of continued expansion within the software development team my client has immediate requirements for an experienced C# .NET Developer with strong React skills to support the development of new features, new applications and API integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established development team with at least 5 years commercial experience in developing .NET applications with a heavy focus on React based development features. You will address customer issues and maintain good client relationships including fixing of bugs, adhering to QA procedures and complete assigned tasks on time using Azure DevOps tools. xehkeey Due to the nature of the work involved you will be required to attend the Chesterfield office at least 2 days per week with Wednesday becoming a set day for all staff to work in the office. Some of the key engineering and AI requirements of the role include the following: • React / TypeScript / Visual Studio / .NET 10
• SignalR real-time communication experience
• Tailwind CSS + shadcn/UI experience
• OOP and Entity Frameworks
• Dependency injection experience constructor injection, service lifetimes and
implement interface-based design
• Unit and integration testing
• PostgreSQL / SQL Servers / Vector search
• API integration
• Nginx
• AI tools - Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Hands-on experience using OpenAI or Anthropic Highly desirable:
• Python — AI tooling and evaluation scripts
• Semantic Kernel / LangChain
• Linux / Docker
• MCP experience
