Major Talent is partnered with a global player within the flavours and fragrance industry who have facilities throughout North America, Asia, and the UK. We are looking to speak with candidates for a Technical ERP Project Lead opening.

As a Technical ERP Project Lead, you will be responsible for Order To Cash (i.e. order fulfilment, shipping & invoicing) standardisation and implementation for the ORACLE R12 upgrade at all sites globally

Responsibilities as a Technical ERP Project Lead

• Global OTC process owner.
• Lead future state process mapping for order fulfilment, shipping & invoicing.
• Transformation and set-up of customer master data.
• Technical ERP project lead
• Must have Oracle implementation experience
• Order to Cash: focused on Customer Service (order entry to point of invoice)
• Technically able to lead the Order to Cash element of the ERP project
• Clear understanding of customer Master data & future-state process mapping

Skills required to be a Technical ERP Project Lead

• An experienced Order to Cash / ERP Project Lead with Oracle Implementation experience. Experience,
• Experience leading & implementing OTC activities as part of an ERP implementation or upgrade, preferably ORACLE.
• Experience of coaching, supporting, transforming, leading and managing teams.
• Experience working in a global enterprise.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
