We are hiring a Business Development Director to drive growth and play a key role in this next phase.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, commercially focused role combining new business development with strategic account growth.
You will lead the development of a high-quality pipeline, while also shaping and converting opportunities into long-term, embedded partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing a targeted business development strategy across Local Government, Housing Associations, and Central Government
- Generating and converting a robust, qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Leading complex bids, frameworks, and procurement processes
- Developing multi-year Managed Services and platform-led partnerships
- Engaging senior stakeholders at Director, Executive, and C-suite level
- Driving commercial performance, margin discipline, and revenue growth

About You
You’re a senior commercial leader with a strong track record in public sector business development and complex deal environments.
You will likely bring:
- Experience selling services, platforms, or managed solutions into Local Authorities, Housing Associations, or Central Government
- Strong understanding of public sector funding cycles, housing pressures, and crisis/prevention agendas
- Proven success in winning competitive tenders and frameworks
- Experience building relationships at Director and Executive level
- A structured approach to pipeline management
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin and long-term value
