Hive EPR Senior Analysts (Community Modules)
Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Hive EPR team, powered by Epic, and be part of the Community Application. 2 fixed term positions (for 12 months) are available.
MFT are expanding the Epic Electronic Health Record, already implemented in the acute hospitals, to all MFT community services. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of this exciting project, configuring the Compass Rose and Dorothy Epic modules specifically to suite the workflows and practices and policies of MFT Community Services.
The assessment process for this role includes Sphinx testing which an aptitude assessment designed to evaluate critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Main duties of the job
As a Hive EPR Senior Analyst, you'll work closely with our staff to analyse processes, agree on clinical and operational standards and future workflows to be incorporated into Epic, the software that runs Hive. To make sure our systems meet operational and auditing requirements, you'll also collaborate with our Business Intelligence team.
As a central member of the team, you'll be required to lead on engagement with clinicians and other staff related to the application. There are also opportunities to work with other Hive EPR application teams across configuration, testing, security, user support and device integration. As part of your EPR training, you'll also receive recognised qualifications in an application.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Degree level or equivalent experience (relevant to role).
- Qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience
- Postgraduate or Masters qualification in relevant area or equivalent experience within a Clinical Systems implementation role
- Clinical Qualification
- Ongoing Evidence of Personal Development
Knowledge
- Knowledge of clinical, administrative and/and operational workflows and processes within a hospital environment
- Previous/current clinical / operational NHS / Healthcare organisation experience and understanding of the NHS Performance Framework
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages especially Excel
- Knowledge of NHS Information Standards and their application
- Knowledge of agile working and analysis techniques
- Knowledge of Data Protection Act, GDPR & Information Governance
- Knowledge of managing complex, strategic projects or areas of complex working practices
- Knowledge of health care IT systems
Experience
- Evidenced experience of communicating complex issues to a range of people
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, documentation and methodology development
- Epic or other clinical system accreditation or equivalent experience
