LCO EPR Expansion - Digital Nurse/Midwife/AHP (NMAHP)
Job summary
Following the successful implementation of Hive, the UK's largest electronic patient record (EPR) system in September 2022, we're really excited to commence extending the benefits across our Local Care Organisations.
The role will continue to ensure that our colleagues use the Hive system efficiently, whilst commencing work with community colleagues to design and deliver a new innovative EPR experience delivered through Hive.
The Digital Nurse/Midwife/AHP is a key role in continuing our digital transformation journey at MFT. Being part of the Digital NMAHP Team involves working across the MFT sites supporting clinical users to embrace digital working and promote best practice and clinical safety.
The assessment process for this role includes Sphinx testing which an aptitude assessment designed to evaluate critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Main duties of the job
You will utilise your clinical experience and passion in digital health care to build on the success of our Hive EPR programme and support our community services in transitioning to Hive.
Key responsibilities include;
- Championing digital innovation, whilst ensuring people are at the centre of all we do
- Supporting digital clinical safety assessment
- Allocating and co-ordinating various projects, working independently and collaboratively too.
- You will support the Digital Matron/ Professional Lead and work alongside other members of the Digital NMAHP Team and wider Digital Services.

Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification and current NMC/ HCPC registration
- Educated to degree level
- Teaching or appropriate Supervisor/ Assessor qualification
- Completion of leadership programme or equivalent experience
- Qualified in speciality
- Evidence of level 7 studies
- Clinical Safety Officer for Health IT Systems
- Epic EPR Accreditation
Leadership
- Significant experience as a registered healthcare professional
- Proven experience of change management
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering education programmes to varied audiences
- Experience in working across professional and organisational boundaries (internal & external)
- Experience in writing for publication
- Experience in MFT clinical information systems from user perspective
Education and Development
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Evidence of delivering trust wide teaching programmes
- Presentation skills for a range of audiences
- Experience of developing/delivering/monitoring and evaluating training programmes with clinical and non-clinical staff
