IT Co-Ordinator – GSE

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 DOE

Location: Heathrow, with travel to Gatwick as required

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 or equivalent

Interview Process: First stage via Teams, followed by a final-stage face-to-face interview.

This is a key standalone role within the business, responsible for ensuring IT systems, infrastructure and user support run smoothly across GSE sites. The successful candidate will act as the first point of escalation for IT issues, providing hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, systems and users at all levels

Requirem

• ents3–5 years’ experience in IT support, IT coordination or systems administrat
• ion.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, storage and cloud syst
• ems.Confident providing hands-on technical support in a busy operational environm
• ent.Good understanding of cyber security best practice, GDPR and complia
• nce.Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving ski
• lls.Experience with Dynamics, Navision, Business Central or similar ERP/business systems would be benefic
• ial.CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP or similar certifications would be advantage
