We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Lead to drive the end-to-end transition of Procurement processes from legacy systems into Oracle. This is a key contract role supporting a major ERP transformation programme, requiring strong functional expertise and hands-on delivery capability.



The Role

You will lead all aspects of Procurement process transition, ensuring seamless migration to Oracle while maturing and optimising the Source-to-Pay operating model through best-practice technology enablement.

Acting as the Procurement Subject Matter Expert, you will play a central role in solution design, workflow development, process implementation, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition of Procurement activities from legacy systems to Oracle

  • Support all Procurement-related elements of the wider ERP migration programme

  • Design, own and maintain the Procurement data strategy, ensuring data integrity throughout transition and beyond

  • Partner closely with ERP programme teams, Procurement stakeholders and IT

  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies during transition

  • Challenge the status quo to design, test and implement streamlined Procurement workflows

  • Manage and communicate change impact across stakeholders

  • Lead planning and prioritisation of implementation activities to maximise delivery within programme timelines

  • Ensure smooth handover of technical developments for ongoing maintenance

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training to support successful adoption



About You

You are a Procurement professional with deep Oracle implementation expertise and a strong background in services purchasing. You bring both strategic insight and hands-on delivery capability.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Procurement professional with Oracle technology expertise

  • Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes

  • Strong experience in Oracle implementation environments

  • Business Analyst skillset including process mapping and data management

  • Experience improving functional operations through technology enablement

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills

  • Proven ability to deliver within complex programmes with tight timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
