What Will You Be Doing?

Develop and Implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies

  • Use data analytics and market insights to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Apply creative sourcing techniques—social media, networking events, referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.

Build and Maintain Talent Pools

  • Create targeted talent communities for niche skill sets.
  • Engage candidates through events, forums, and industry networks.
  • Keep talent pools warm with regular updates and insights.

Act as a Strategic Partner

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and talent needs.
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Deliver insights to improve outcomes and support business success.

Client Communication

  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.
  • Share updates on pipelines, progress, and sourcing strategies.
  • Gather feedback to enhance processes and candidate experience.

Your Focus as a Principal Recruiter

  • Target niche skill sets and deliver 7 hires per month.
  • Partner closely with Client Business Partners for alignment.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and review recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to improve sourcing and offer acceptance rates.

Experience Required

  • 4+ years in agency, RPO, or in-house end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven success sourcing niche skills in Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Defence, Engineering, and IT sectors.
  • Expertise in engaging specialised, low-volume talent pools.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
