ROLE TITLE: Change Analyst
LOCATION: Leicester, London or Manchester
The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.
We are actively looking to secure a Change Analyst to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:
Within this role, you will support a major AI transformation programme focused on the implementation and adoption of AI-powered assistants across key services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments to understand how new processes and technologies affect different user groups.
- Analyse user experiences, workflows and operational activities to identify areas of impact and improvement.
- Gather, interpret and present data to support change recommendations and decision making.
- Support the development and delivery of communication, engagement and training activities.
- Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and end users to facilitate successful adoption.
- Identify potential risks, issues and barriers to change, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain documentation, reporting and analysis to support governance and oversight.
Your Skills:
- Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years’ residency.
- Active SC Clearance or eligibility to undergo SC Clearance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience supporting business change, transformation or organisational improvement initiatives.
