Change Analyst

ROLE TITLE: Change Analyst

LOCATION: Leicester, London or Manchester

The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.

We are actively looking to secure a Change Analyst to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:

Within this role, you will support a major AI transformation programme focused on the implementation and adoption of AI-powered assistants across key services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct change impact assessments to understand how new processes and technologies affect different user groups.
• Analyse user experiences, workflows and operational activities to identify areas of impact and improvement.
• Gather, interpret and present data to support change recommendations and decision making.
• Support the development and delivery of communication, engagement and training activities.
• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and end users to facilitate successful adoption.
• Identify potential risks, issues and barriers to change, escalating where appropriate.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and analysis to support governance and oversight.

Your Skills:

• Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years’ residency.
• Active SC Clearance or eligibility to undergo SC Clearance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience supporting business change, transformation or organisational improvement initiatives.
