ROLE TITLE: Clinical Safety Coordinator

LOCATION: London / Remote

The ideal candidate will be eligible to undergo BPSS Clearance.

We are actively looking to secure a Clinical Safety Coordinator to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:

Within this role, you will support the coordination and delivery of clinical safety activities across a public sector digital health programme.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clinical safety activities across multiple project workstreams.
• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and governance activities.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of clinical safety documentation and assessments.
• Analyse information and data to identify trends, risks and potential safety concerns.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical and programme stakeholders to support delivery objectives.
• Escalate risks, issues and concerns where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and governance requirements.

Your Skills:

• Proven experience in project coordination, project support or project management roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and identify key risks and issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
• Eligible for BPSS clearance.
