Sales Excellence Specialist (Contract) | London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months (likely extension)
Location: London – hybrid (approx. 2 days/month onsite)
Rate: £235 per day
Our global IT client is seeking a Sales Excellence Specialist to partner with senior sales leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
This is a high-impact role focused on pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and driving execution through a strong Rhythm of Business (ROB).
Key responsibilities:
- Partner directly with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline health, forecasting, and deal progression
- Own and run ROB cadence – calls, actions, risks, and alignment across teams
- Deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance
- Support quarterly and forward planning cycles
- Improve sales processes, efficiency, and execution standards
- Help embed AI-driven insights and automation into sales operations
Key requirements:
- Strong experience in Sales Operations / Sales Excellence
- Proven ability to support senior stakeholders (SLT level)
- Hands-on expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Confident running ROB cadence in complex environments
- Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
- Experience in tech or cloud environments (preferred)
- Self-starter who can drive outcomes independently
