Cost Analyst - IAM
We're looking for an experienced Cost Benefit Analyst who has a good understanding of Identity Management and a successful track record of working in complex and global organisations. The role will report to the Programme Director and be part of a dynamic and highly skilled team. The initial contract will run to November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough job and team analysis and prepare detailed reports on potential cost savings, savings trends
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of current operational processes and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to gather data and insights for comprehensive cost analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to budgetary constraints
- Develop and maintain cost models that accurately reflect business operations and financial planning
- Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics to provide insights into profitability and cost management
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Identity and Access Management working in Cyber Security domain
- 2+ years of experience in cost analysis, financial analysis, or accounting
- Proficient in Excel and financial modelling techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of financial metrics and performance indicators
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in data analysis and financial modelling tools
- Familiarity with cost accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using Business Intelligence software for data visualization
