Salary Range: USD $3,800 – $4,900 monthly + commissions (£3000 - £4000 GBP)

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Senior or Managing Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. This person will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, matching exceptional candidates with the right opportunities, and developing trusted relationships with clients and industry professionals. The role offers strong autonomy, ongoing support, and a high-growth, people-first culture that rewards initiative, collaboration, and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, understanding their goals and aligning them with the right opportunities.
  • Develop deep expertise within assigned market niches to become a go-to specialist.
  • Build and maintain a strong reputation within the industry through regular conversations, meetings, events, and social media engagement.
  • Manage and grow a steady pipeline of talent and business opportunities.
  • Influence hiring decisions by presenting top candidates and clear recommendations.
  • Create engaging marketing content such as adverts, outreach emails, and blogs to attract talent.
  • Attend industry events and represent the brand professionally across all platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment within technical or analytical markets (Data, Analytics, Research, or Strategy).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Growth-oriented, positive, and collaborative attitude.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working with international clients or within tech-related industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM and talent management tools.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
