The Role

As a Business Development Consultant , you’ll play a key role in driving new client relationships and helping shape the company’s presence in the UK tech market.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, phone, email)
  • Building your personal brand in the UK tech space
  • Developing strong candidate and client relationships
  • Coaching and preparing candidates for interview processes
  • Meeting clients and candidates regularly (in-person where possible)
  • Taking ownership of your numbers and consistently hitting targets

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduate or sales experience
  • Confidence with cold outreach and building new relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to spot trends, opportunities, and high-calibre candidates
  • A resilient, driven, and ambitious mindset
