Trainee Recruitment Consultant – FinTech / AI / Crypto
📍 London (Hybrid) | £28k base | £50k–£60k OTE

You’ll be joining an established recruitment firm (founded in 2009) with a global footprint, particularly across Asia, and a strong presence in Singapore. The business operates in high-value markets, working on projects ranging from £15k to £400k.
What your career could look like
From day one, you’ll be trained to specialise in markets such as fintech, data, risk, software engineering, and crypto. You’ll work with innovative businesses globally, developing both your commercial skills and market expertise.
The business is led by a hands-on CEO who is actively involved in developing consultants. The environment is built on trust, autonomy, and performance. Progression is merit-based, with clear examples of graduates progressing into high earners, including one individual who joined three years ago and is now on track to earn six figures.
