Job Title: Tech Lead - Software development

Location: Basildon, England, United Kingdom - 5 days onsite Monday-Friday.

Contract Duration: 15 Months

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience
• Holding a PhD, MSc or BSc from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar discipline with minimum 2:1 graduation score.
• Strong understanding/knowledge of software engineering cores like data structures, database design, object-oriented programming with design patterns.
• Proven software development experience with Object Oriented PHP with MVC framework like Phalcon, Laravel.
• Very good knowledge of Relational and non-relational databases like MariaDB, MongoDB
• Experience with queuing systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Very good understanding of frontend development with frameworks like Vue.js.
• Experience in containerization and docker.
• Experience in source code management like GIT.
• Enjoys the opportunity to resolve complex development challenges.
• A passion for technology and the motivation to explore more into this sector. Methodological and logical approach to work and an eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills, good attention to the details and strong problem-solving abilities.
