Marketing Director
Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 + benefits
Location: Tottenham Court Road, London (hybrid, tuesday and thursday in office, 3 from home)

About the company
We're supporting a fast-growing B2B software startup (70 employees) that's redefining how operational teams work across complex industries like construction, utilities, infrastructure etc. Their platform uses cutting-edge technology to replace manual processes with real-time insights that improve safety, productivity, and efficiency.
After securing significant backing from institutional investors and delivering strong year-on-year growth, the business is now focused on scaling its commercial operations. With an established enterprise customer base and ambitious targets for the years ahead, they're looking for a hands-on marketing leader to build a best-in-class demand generation function and help drive the next phase of growth.
The role
As Marketing Director, you will:
- Own the marketing strategy and its contribution to pipeline and revenue targets.
- Define positioning and messaging that cuts through with senior executives in industrial markets.
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (ABM, events, paid, digital, content) that drive awareness, demand, and measurable ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product leadership to align marketing priorities with commercial goals.
- Establish clear KPIs and a performance-driven culture, reporting regularly on results and optimising activity based on data.
- Manage a small existing team and be responsible for shaping future hires (brand, content, events, demand gen).
- Oversee a marketing budget ( £700k) and get the best from external partners and an outsourced SDR agency.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in scale-ups at £5m-£30m ARR.
- Proven track record of building demand generation programmes that directly fuel pipeline and revenue.
- Experience marketing operational technology solutions into construction, manufacturing, energy or utilities sectors that is used by a blue collar workforce would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience with ABM and enterprise sales motions is essential.
- You'll be a hands-on data driven marketer - able to run LinkedIn Ads campaigns yourself as an example.
