Product Marketing Manager - Life Science AI
Location: Central London Office (2 days in, 3 days from home)
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 basic plus benefits
The opportunity
A leading scientific informatics firm is transforming how industrial research and development sectors operate. They replace archaic paper notebooks and fragmented spreadsheets with a unified, AI-ready platform.
The firm is looking for a product marketing manager who can bridge the gap between complex technical workflows and commercial value. You will be the primary storyteller for a product that helps the world's leading scientists develop everything from better medicines to sustainable materials.
What you will be doing
- Narrative design: Translate deep technical features into compelling value-based narratives for research leaders and technical buyers.
- Go-to-market strategy: Own the strategy and execution for product launches, ensuring the sales team is armed with the best battlecards, decks, and discovery questions in the industry.
- Persona mastery: Deep-dive into the worlds of innovation directors and technical stakeholders to understand their pain points and build a roadmap for how the software solves them.
- Competitive intelligence: Stay ahead of the market by performing win/loss analysis and shaping positioning against legacy incumbents.
Who you are
- Technically fluent: You have a passion for science and artificial intelligence. You are comfortable explaining complex data structures to technical stakeholders.
- Ambitious and scrappy: You have a degree from a leading university and have spent the last few years proving yourself in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
- Content architect: You are as comfortable writing a technical white paper as you are directing a product video or scripting a sales demo.
- Efficiency obsessed: You use AI tools to accelerate your output, from research to first-draft creation, ensuring you spend your time on strategy rather than repetitive tasks.
The culture
This organisation values ability over experience. They are a lean global team that believes in data-led logic and execution. This is a role for someone who wants to take full ownership of their function and see their work directly influence global platform adoption.
