The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for an experienced Partner Marketing Programmes Manager who can design, drive, and deliver integrated partner marketing campaigns across regions. You'll own the strategy and execution of global partner marketing programmes, ensuring they are scalable, measurable, and aligned with business priorities.
You'll work closely with multiple teams, from corporate marketing to regional leads and partner managers. You have the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and align diverse stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation and collaboration, with exceptional project management skills and a background spanning both partner and events marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global partner marketing programmes that can be executed and adapted regionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals and partner priorities.
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery, from planning and budgeting to tracking performance and reporting results.
- Create and distribute campaign and event toolkits to support local market activation.
- Lead the integration of partners across key global events, including sponsorships, content, and executive engagement.
- Deliver multi-channel communications for partners, internal stakeholders, and regional teams.
- Analyse performance data to identify insights and drive continuous improvement.
Background
- Track record in partner marketing, gained within the technology sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and programmes.
- Outstanding communication skills – able to influence and build trust across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Confident working across different time zones and functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in events or partner-led marketing programmes is highly desirable.
- Analytical, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
