Billing & Finance Analyst - Fast-Growing Tech Services Provider

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring accurate billing, managing client accounts, and driving process improvements. You'll collaborate with account management, sales, and support teams, as well as external partners, to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly billing cycles and reconcile invoices.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of client accounts.
• Analyse performance reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with suppliers and outsourced finance teams.
• Handle client escalations and ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and software (e.g., Xero).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with AI & automation is a plus.
