Technology Business Analyst 12-Month Fixed Term Contract £50,000-£60,000 Central London - 4 days per week on site

A FTSE-listed organisation with a significant UK asset base is seeking a Technology Business Analyst to join on a 12-month FTC. This is a delivery-focused role supporting business-critical technology initiatives from discovery through to implementation.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, well documented and successfully delivered. The role suits a pragmatic, hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys working at pace and getting into the detail.

Key responsibilities include requirements elicitation, process analysis, producing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting workshops, backlog refinement and coordinating User Acceptance Testing. You'll also support documentation, training materials and maintain traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across the software development lifecycle, strong analytical and communication skills, and confidence working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to Jira and experience in a finance-adjacent environment would be beneficial but not essential.

This is an on-site-led role (4 days per week in Central London) offering good visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology change within a collaborative environment.
