CMMS Consultant

A global integrated logistics organisation is seeking an experienced Lead CMMS/IFS EAM Consultant to lead the optimisation of its asset management landscape. You will shape strategy, drive IFS Apps 10 / IFS Cloud improvements, and deliver measurable gains in asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational decision‐making across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the IFS EAM strategy and roadmap to deliver business value and long‐term improvements.
• Lead optimisation of Work Order Management, Asset Registry and Preventive Maintenance to improve uptime and reduce TCO.
• Improve maintenance planning, scheduling and resource utilisation; introduce mobile maintenance best practices for field efficiency.
• Own integrations and technical enhancements (IFS Connect, APIs) to improve data flow between maintenance, inventory, finance and projects.
• Translate asset and maintenance data into forecasts, dashboards and insights that inform operational and investment decisions.
• Lead cross‐functional initiatives, mentor teams, ensure strong governance, documentation and sustainable solutions.

Required experience and skills

• 7+ years hands‐on experience with IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud, with end‐to‐end EAM implementations or optimisation projects.
• Proven track record in asset‐intensive sectors (logistics, manufacturing, energy, maritime or similar).
• Strong functional knowledge of maintenance, planning, asset management and mobile work order solutions.
• Practical experience with integrations (APIs/IFS Connect), reporting and asset performance analysis.
• Leadership capability: managing projects, influencing stakeholders and delivering cross‐discipline change.
• IFS certification is a strong advantage.
