Salesforce CRM Project Manager (FTC) About the Role

My client are a London based Charity who are undertaking a major transformation programme with the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM platform.This project will enhance customer experience, streamline operations, support grant-making processes, and enable scalable long-term growth.Their current CRM solution no longer meets organisational needs, and are mid-way through migrating to Salesforce. They are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive user adoption, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a critical digital transformation initiative within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Oversee Salesforce configuration, integrations, and data quality.
  • Support user training, documentation, and post-launch optimisation.
  • Report regularly to senior stakeholders.
About You
  • Proven CRM project management experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Knowledge of data governance, integrations, and system implementation.
