The Position

As a Client Solutions Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions and ensuring clients unlock the full potential of a highly configurable platform. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and design effective solutions
  • Supporting sales discussions through workshops, demonstrations, and technical proposals
  • Producing detailed documentation including solution designs and process flows
  • Solving complex technical challenges using structured, logical approaches
  • Acting as a bridge between clients and internal product teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Identifying gaps in solutions and recommending enhancements for future development

You'll take ownership of projects early on and receive regular feedback to support your growth.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar technical role
  • Strong academic background (STEM degree preferred, 2:1 or above)
  • Big 4 consulting experience (highly desirable)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Technical proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel, SQL) and willingness to learn new tools
  • Confidence, initiative, and a track record of delivering successful projects
