The Opportunity

As the business scales, they need a sharp, commercially minded finance professional to sit at the heart of how they understand and drive performance. This is a broad, hands-on role with real visibility — you'll be working directly with revenue owners, feeding into board and investor reporting, and supporting strategic decisions in real time. What You'll Do

• Business partner with revenue owners on revenue and sales forecasting
• Own KPI reporting and analysis across the business, with a focus on recurring revenue and SaaS metrics
• Contribute to management information, board packs and investor reporting
• Coordinate the periodic forecasting and business planning cycle
• Support strategic project evaluation including potential acquisitions and new market entry
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to support fast-moving commercial decisions

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of finance experience, with at least 1 year in a commercial finance role
• Qualified accountant (practice or industry trained — no preference)
• If coming from practice, ideally not your first industry move
• Experience with a B2B recurring revenue or SaaS business model is a real advantage
• Confident in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Power BI and Salesforce experience a bonus
• Someone who's comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings genuine intellectual curiosity
